Interview Process Overview
Each applicant will undergo a structured interview process. Panel members will assess candidates based on Appearance, Self-Expression, Current Affairs, and any other comments.
Panel members are expected to:
- Review each candidate’s profile beforehand.
- Score each section of the form objectively during the interview.
- Submit the completed form immediately after each session.
All submissions are automatically logged and synced with the central database for final evaluation and shortlisting.
